BUILD YOUR FUTURE IN AFRICA

Africa is more than a place to visit; it's a place to build and invest. A place to reconnect with something that has been missing.

The African Diaspora Investment Tour gives you direct access to Namibia's business opportunities, trusted local networks, and practical pathways for creating income, acquiring assets, and establishing a long-term presence in Africa.

AUGUST 15-22, 2027

Most people in the diaspora know surprisingly little about the opportunities available across Africa today.

They hear stories.

They watch YouTube videos.

They read headlines.

But few ever step onto the ground and see what is actually possible.

This tour is designed for those who want more than information.

You want firsthand experience.

You want real conversations.

You want to understand what life, business, investment, and ownership could look like for you and your family.

For one week, you'll explore Namibia alongside local business owners, investors, professionals, and community leaders who are actively building the country's future.

By the end of the tour, you'll have a clearer understanding of whether Africa belongs in your long-term plans—and what your next steps could be.

Once you establish a business in Namibia or become an investor our team can assist you as business consultants. We can help with marketing, business operations strategy, and managing overseas communication.

What if I want to stay longer?

All guests are welcome to stay longer to enjoy Namibia. We can refer you to many great tourist opportunities to get to know the country even better. We recommend planning a two-week trip to really get to see more and meet more contacts.

We make our events very interactive, making it challenging to facilitate a good experience on Zoom. If your goal is to get the information and some tailored connections, our team is available for consultative services to help you build a strategy for your own personal situation. Whether you're interested in investing or are called to relocate to Namibia and need a place to start, we can assist. Email team@shofarbusinessconsultants.com for service options.

What if I just want to move to Namibia and not invest?

Namibia has several visa options; for most individuals not of retirement age, a business-related visa is required. Getting an employment visa typically requires some investment in the form of real estate and a business investment such as forming a new business or investing in a Namibian business.

The NIPDB has a resource guide to learn more about starting a business, understand the economy, and seek details on visa requirements.

Can I bring children?

This event is for adults only, and we will not be providing childcare. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us at team@shofarbusinessconsultants.com if you have a more nuanced question about this such as a teenager well equipped to sit through the conference and stay close to their parent.

Can I start investing with a small amount?

We will provide connections to opportunities as low as $5,000 USD. The more you invest, the larger the opportunity and the higher the returns. Some investments will be group opportunities where several investors can join together to make a larger opportunity possible.

What are the legal fees for investing?

We suggest always using a lawyer for business formation and contracts. This usually costs around $800 USD, including filing paperwork at BIPA, drafting the membership agreement, and administrating the first members' meeting.

The cost of legal management can increase depending on your needs, the type of business you have, and any additional contracts required to manage the business agreement.
